The Paid Growth Lead owns paid acquisition end-to-end across all major channels, responsible for building, scaling, and systematizing the paid growth engine, not just running campaigns. This involves full ownership of budget, channels, experimentation, and tooling, requiring fast execution and aggressive automation.

Requirements

Candidates need 4+ years of hands-on experience scaling paid acquisition in fast-moving environments, with deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok, and comfort using SQL with raw event data. High fluency with AI tools, automation, and proven ability to operate independently from centralized analytics teams are core requirements.
