What You'll Do
Act as the primary technical authority for HP LaserJet products within the assigned region. Own end-to-end issue resolution for complex hardware, firmware, and print-quality problems escalated from country engineering or support teams. Analyze failure trends, warranty data, and repair returns to identify systemic issues.
What We're Looking For
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline. Typically has more than 4 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, technical area or a related field.
