Core Responsibilities

The specialist will design, implement, and manage the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MERA) system for the project, ensuring timely indicator tracking and data quality for strategic decision-making. They will also provide technical support, strengthen team capabilities, promote continuous improvement, and implement accountability mechanisms with beneficiaries.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a professional degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Health, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields, along with specialized training in monitoring and evaluation or data analysis. A minimum of 5 years of general professional experience in social, development, or public management projects is required, including at least 3 years specifically in project monitoring and evaluation.
