Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist para Mercado Envios

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, including stored procedures and window functions, to enhance Data Warehouse performance. Manage and monitor ETL/ELT data flows to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability. Utilize Python (Pandas/NumPy/Scikit-learn) for ad-hoc analyses, statistical modeling, and automation of reporting and data quality validation. Create high-impact dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to translate data into storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Spanish. Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and experience with Big Data. Experience with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis, as well as tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar for dashboard creation. Understanding of data schemas and ETL/ELT concepts.
