The Private Credit Deal Closer will lead and coordinate all aspects of transaction execution, ensuring accurate and timely completion of deals. This includes acting as the primary execution lead for deal closings and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates should have 8-10+ years of experience in leading complex loan closings and familiarity with private credit or syndicated loan financing. Strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel are also required.
