Inspect damaged vehicles to assess repair costs using the SOMA system, either in-person or digitally. Conduct supplementary inspections following internal guidelines and analyze coverage of claims, requesting clarifications from clients or brokers as needed. Monitor processes through the system for approval, release, or denial, providing technical support to analysis teams when questions arise.

Bachelor's degree in Insurance Management, Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automotive Repair, Business Administration, or Law. Active driver's license required. Technical knowledge in regulation is essential, along with experience in the insurance and automotive sectors. Familiarity with budgeting systems and proficiency in Excel are desirable.
