Responsible for the mobile access network of Telefônica at a national level, diagnosing network behavior and troubleshooting failures within pre-established quality KPIs. Monitor scheduled interventions in the network to control and minimize impacts on customer services through change management processes. Ensure rapid identification, analysis, recording, and resolution of occurrences reported by monitored network equipment.

Availability for 24X7 shift work. Advanced knowledge of BTS, NB, eNB, and gNB from Ericsson and Huawei, with desirable knowledge of Nokia. Proficiency in Ericsson and Huawei OSS systems from a user perspective. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Technology, Information Systems, or related fields. Basic knowledge of English and Spanish.
