Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a primary focus on lead generation. The specialist will also lead creative and post-click strategy, including landing pages and funnels, while continuously testing and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience building and optimizing campaigns specifically on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a mandatory focus on lead generation strategies. Preferred qualifications include experience with Google Ad Grants, Google Tag Manager, Unbounce or ClickFunnels, and basic video-editing skills.
