Tech Lead - Embargos y Oficios

Lead the technical evolution of the Embargos y Oficios squad, driving end-to-end process redesign and automation. Collaborate with Legal teams to simplify operations and enhance efficiency through AI integration. Oversee technical decisions, code reviews, and ensure quality and growth within the team.

Solid experience in backend development with Java; experience in Kotlin and/or Node.js is valued. Proven leadership as a Tech Lead or Technical Reference, with skills in software development and team mentoring. Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud ecosystems like AWS.
