What You'll Do
Deliver financial and commercial analysis for mergers and acquisitions, divestments, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities. Build, review, and challenge financial models and valuation outputs to ensure analysis is robust and decision-ready. Assess markets and transaction dynamics using comparable companies and market expectations. Translate complex analysis into concise insights and executive-level materials.
What We're Looking For
Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related field. Strong analytical capability with practical experience in financial modeling and valuation. Professional fluency in English and Spanish. Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
