Engenheiro(a) de Software Pleno/Sênior - BTG Empresas

Develop functionalities and new systems to meet the demands of the business team and clients of the BTG Pactual Empresas platform. Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality. Ensure the scalability and performance of the systems and portals in the area. Actively participate in meetings and discussions with the business team and other IT teams.

Experience in software development with a focus on backend using Elixir or C#. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, functional programming, design patterns, and software quality best practices. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office three times a week in Faria Lima, São Paulo. Continuous learning and teamwork are highly valued.
