What You'll Do
Own end to end hiring from sourcing to offer across a variety of business organizations (Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, etc.). Develop and execute recruiting strategies. Map talent and identify companies that have the best talent and are working with in US market. Track and analyze trends and metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of end to end recruiting experience preferably recruiting for tech companies, selling into the US market. Fluent in conversational and written English. Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing skills.
