Técnico Telecom Corporativo Júnior

Supervise mobile and fixed network elements, manage alarms, analyze and correlate failures. Provide support to adjacent areas via chat and report to management. Participate in crisis rooms analyzing real-time failures in the mobile network and B2B services.

Technical course completion with a certificate. Knowledge of metro networks, fixed networks, IP networks, and routing protocols. Familiarity with elements HL1 to HL5, OLT, GW, and proficiency in Office package.

Flexible working hours with availability for shift work in three schedules: 07:00 to 16:00, 13:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 07:00. Opportunity to work remotely up to 2 times a week.
