Credit Controller Analyst I

Manage a medium-to-high complexity customer portfolio, ensuring compliance with payment terms and credit limits. Perform credit risk assessments for new and existing customers and support collection targets by following up on outstanding balances. Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and disputes, coordinating with appropriate teams to reconcile customer accounts.

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience in credit and collections. English proficiency at B2+ level and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
