Perform active and receptive telephone customer service, both in-person and through digital channels. Conduct internal and external activities according to the store's activity schedule. Assist the manager with administrative tasks and manage daily electronic time registration.

High school diploma required. Skills in public service and experience with computers or willingness to learn. Ability to work in a team.
