Support the agency's areas and assist with customer service tasks. Help members with inquiries about products and services, and guide them in using various channels like ATMs and mobile apps. Provide operational support to business managers.

Experience in customer service or similar roles is required. A completed or ongoing higher education degree is necessary, and having a CPA certification will be an advantage.
