IT Engineer Spec IV (Engenheiro de Dados)

Design, build, and evolve data pipelines in the SAS Viya environment from ingestion to analytical consumption. Model and optimize tables and processes in CAS, ensuring performance and efficient resource use. Support migration initiatives from SAS 9 to SAS Viya and develop ETL/ELT routines integrated with internal and external data sources.

Proven experience in Data Engineering with practical work in SAS Viya. Proficiency in SAS programming (DATA step, PROC SQL, macros) and knowledge of migrating SAS 9 code to Viya. Familiarity with CAS architecture and data modeling in analytical environments.
