The role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing the CRM and automation infrastructure to support the complete user journey, focusing on improving activation, retention, and multi-channel communication. This involves end-to-end management of campaigns, segmentations, and journeys, centralizing communication flows that are currently dispersed across different areas.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, or Customer.io, along with proficiency in marketing automation and lifecycle marketing principles. A strong analytical orientation towards metrics, understanding of user funnels, and the autonomy to manage multiple flows are essential.
