Act in AMS projects, addressing incidents, service requests, and tickets related to the SAP SD module. Analyze, resolve, and track issues, ensuring deadlines and quality of deliverables are met. Execute evolutionary maintenance, improvements, and functional adjustments in the SAP environment.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. Solid experience in the SAP SD module. Knowledge of Brazilian localization processes and NF-e. Technical knowledge in ABAP for debugging, analysis, and functional specification development. Intermediate English proficiency.
