The main mission is to architect an AI-driven portfolio system that translates team execution into clear status insights, ensuring full transparency into the health and progress of key technology initiatives. Daily tasks involve designing and implementing this AI-powered portfolio, devising lightweight, automatable workflows using various tools, and leveraging AI for improved visibility and risk detection.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience structuring delivery systems in engineering-driven environments, ideally with a software development background, and hands-on experience structuring workflows across multiple teams. Essential requirements include active personal use of AI tools to augment work, a structured execution mindset, and advanced English proficiency (C1+).
