The role involves supporting real estate advisors throughout the rental process, acting as the human bridge between the advisor, operations, and technology to ensure successful closings, aiming for a minimum of 100 operations monthly. Key duties include guiding brokers on the M1App usage, gathering client feedback, maintaining strong long-term relationships with advisors, and resolving issues using available tools.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed university degree with a professional license and minimum experience in Customer Service and/or Key Account Management, including tracking multiple accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in intermediate Excel, Office/Google Drive, and familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce are required, along with comfort using AI as a support tool.
