Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience leading high-performance commercial teams. Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Intermediate English proficiency.
