Cloud Engineering Lead

Maintain clear visibility across all active workstreams in Cloud Engineering, proactively surfacing risks, blockers, and delivery concerns. Act as the first point of escalation for engineers on technical and delivery decisions. Own and deliver your own technical workstream within Cloud Engineering while applying engineering judgement across the team’s work.
Requirements
Demonstrable depth in Azure and strong DevOps practice including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code. Experience leading technical teams with a track record of investing in others' growth. Comfortable holding difficult conversations regarding performance and development feedback.
