Risk Solutions Development Associate I

Manage and prioritize the backlog of improvements and evolutions of risk tools. Analyze end-to-end business processes, identifying optimization and automation opportunities. Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate with Business, Data, Technology, and Architecture teams for the implementation of improvements and solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Administration, or related fields. 2 to 4 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or digital solutions management. Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis and experience with backlog management and functional requirements.
