Talent Acquisition Analyst - Affirmative position for People with Disabilities (PwD/PcD)

Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for global non-technical business roles, including job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Partner with Hiring Managers to align on hiring needs and ensure adherence to SLAs. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines and promote diversity throughout the recruitment cycle.

Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment for non-technical or business roles. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
