The specialist will be responsible for identifying new offers and approaches for delinquent customers to achieve healthy regularization, while treating and analyzing financial data to identify trends and risks affecting credit recovery. They will also predict future recovery based on business performance and market trends, and create monitoring tools to evaluate portfolio performance.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in Statistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields, along with solid mandatory experience in credit recovery policies and strategies. Advanced proficiency in Excel and database handling languages (SQL, R, Python) is also mandatory, as is advanced English.
