What You'll Do

Conduct analysis of electronic and operational fraud, making decisions regarding clients and transactions. Request and analyze documents, and provide support to internal and external channels. Collect, organize, and report feedback and suggestions on products, tools, and processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required. Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and oral communication skills. Analytical and investigative profile with a quick learning ability for technology and basic computer tools.
