Consumer Relations Specialist

Deliver exceptional service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries and provide detailed product information while resolving issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of interactions and recommend improvements to messaging strategies and processes.

Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written). High school diploma. Prior experience in customer service is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is desirable.
