Lead continuous improvement initiatives through deep audits and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring deviations.

Minimum 3 years in Last Mile logistics operations, with at least 1-2 years as a Team Leader. Solid understanding of Last Mile KPIs such as DS, Delay, Visit Success, ORH, EDD, and Siniestralidad. Advanced Excel/G-Sheets skills; SQL knowledge is desirable.
