Salesforce CRM Team Lead

Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools, including custom objects and advanced Flow automation. Monitor case queues and team workloads, assigning work as needed to support timely resolution. Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce in complex environments and 2+ years leading Salesforce administration teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
