QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
The Staff Product Designer will lead the development and evolution of products and services, ensuring consistency across platforms while delivering delightful experiences for internal and external users in areas like property search and making offers. They will work within multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs, participate in decision-making, and collaborate closely with engineering for implementation.
Requirements
Candidates must possess strong craft and systemic view skills to materialize design directions based on user understanding, business goals, and technical constraints, alongside experience across the complete product development cycle. Essential requirements include a solid portfolio, experience presenting to senior stakeholders, knowledge of psychology and research methods, and experience mentoring other designers, all requiring advanced/fluent English.
