The role involves managing Commercial Excellence initiatives from rollout to stabilization, coordinating cross-functional dependencies across Sales, Marketing, CRM, Data, Enablement, and Operations teams. Responsibilities also include analyzing CRM and operational data to pinpoint inefficiencies and designing, prototyping, and validating practical solutions like workflow adjustments and automations.
Requirements
Candidates must have 3–5+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, possessing a strong analytical mindset capable of independently investigating ambiguous problems using data. Essential technical requirements include experience with CRM data structures, building automations/integrations using tools like Zapier or Make, and familiarity with data querying (SQL or spreadsheets).
