What You'll Do
Build and evolve AI agents focused on troubleshooting, incident analysis, operational automation, and increasing service reliability. Develop integrations between different observability, monitoring, and operational management tools to create intelligent solutions that accelerate problem diagnosis and resolution. Collaborate with Engineering, Platform, SRE, and Operations teams to identify automation and optimization opportunities for critical processes.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Operations, SRE, Platform Engineering, Observability, or Infrastructure with a strong focus on troubleshooting and incident management. Knowledge in software development using languages like Python, along with experience in APIs, automation, and integrations. Familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence concepts, LLMs, AI agents, and emerging AI technologies.
