The Head of Human Resources will act as a strategic partner, leading the integration of Midea and TEKA organizations while advancing people and organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for embedding best-in-class HR practices across talent, performance, culture, and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT), and mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting a cross-functional organization, is required.
