Understand and assist members by clarifying doubts and resolving medium complexity issues. Offer products and services while ensuring efficient and agile service. Support demands related to self-service or business platform and guide members accordingly.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Experience in customer service. Knowledge of financial products and services is a differential. CPA (Anbima Professional Certification) is preferred.
