You will lead and coach a team of retention managers to hit KPIs by turning refund requests into renewed commitments. Additionally, you will develop retention playbooks, handle escalated customer cases, and provide data-driven performance reports to leadership.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in B2C sales or retention and 2 years of team management experience. Proficiency in English and a proven track record in closing deals and managing high-risk clients are essential.
