Early Career Talent Partner

Manage high-volume Early Career recruitment from job opening through assessment, selection, and offer. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions. Build strong relationships with universities and student organizations to develop sustainable early-career talent pipelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Solid experience in recruitment or a related HR area. Native-level Portuguese and fluent English.

This is an office-based role located in Costa del Este, requiring in-person work at least 3 days per week.
