Regional WHS Manager (AMZL), Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)

Manage overall compliance with local requirements and authorities. Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with Amazon WHS Policies and regulatory requirements. Analyze WHS metrics and review incident trends to allocate resources effectively. Audit recordkeeping practices and workplace organization to ensure compliance with global WHS standards.

Experience in workplace health & safety (WHS) related field. Bachelor's degree required. Experience in Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS with a mix of exempt and non-exempt employees at a site of at least 1250 people. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience implementing lean principles.
