Act as a strategic partner and change agent, engaging senior leaders, HR, employees, and affinity groups to strengthen an inclusive culture. Transform data and insights into decisions that drive measurable advances in equity and inclusion. Lead the end-to-end Equity & Inclusion strategy for P&G's central office in Brazil, integrating E&I into business decisions and employee experiences.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields; postgraduate degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with roles in Business Partner, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, or related areas. Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel, and fluent English.
