The Senior HR Manager will act as a strategic business partner for local leadership and unions while leading the Chile HR team. They are responsible for balancing operational agility with corporate risk management and driving cross-location HR initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with in-depth knowledge of Chilean labor law and collective bargaining.
