Lead the People Analytics, Workforce Planning, and People Budget areas, ensuring reliable information to support strategic decisions. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, assisting in discussions about organizational structure and workforce planning. Develop analyses, indicators, and projections to support decision-making and anticipate business needs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration, Data Science, or related fields. Proven experience in leadership positions in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or HR Strategy. Strong analytical skills and experience in building indicators and dashboards.

The position is based on-site at Av. 9 de Julho. It offers a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes.
