Act as a key player in digital and cultural transformation at Brazil's largest banking institution, focusing on continuous improvement of engineering processes. Develop high-performance Python (back-end) and React (front-end) systems, integrating AI agents to automate processes and support business decisions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions.

Solid experience in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) for back-end API development and React (Hooks, Context API, Redux) for front-end interfaces. Strong understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and database management. Familiarity with AWS services and DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes.

Presence in the Campinas Metropolitan Area office is mandatory according to the current attendance policy.
