Build and maintain the medium and long-term strategic planning of the fleet, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, and budget. Develop monthly projections and fleet budget cycles, monitoring key indicators and proposing continuous improvements. Define the ideal composition of vehicle types by location, connecting the available fleet to demand projections and identifying growth or reduction opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in strategic or operational areas of logistics or supply chain, with strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to analyze data, build models, and automate processes, with proficiency in Google tools and SQL. Intermediate Spanish knowledge is desirable.
