What You'll Do
Lead the planning, monitoring, and analysis of personnel costs, identifying risks and opportunities. Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and monthly closing related to HR expenses and organizational structure. Manage headcount indicators and movements, supporting strategic hiring and organizational decisions.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in planning and budget management of personnel expenses, including budget, forecast, and headcount tracking. Advanced Excel skills with strong capability in building financial models and managerial analyses. Ability to act consultatively with HR and Finance leadership, influencing decision-making.
