Principal Commissioning - BHP Chile

Support HSE performance through proactive leadership and apply BHP's risk management framework. Lead the development and maintenance of commissioning strategy, standards, processes, and plans for major capital projects. Provide commissioning expertise and coordinate resources for the development of commissioning-related deliverables. Monitor resource levels to support project execution and coordinate risk and quality management plans.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, other) or equivalent experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English, with relevant commissioning experience in mining major projects, particularly in Copper Concentrator and related areas. Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
