You will monitor operational and commercial indicators to identify bottlenecks and build robust controls in Excel/Google Sheets. Additionally, you will act as a focal point for the OMNI tool and assist in measuring results and managing the service queue.
Requirements
Candidates should have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and assertive communication skills. A complete or ongoing degree is required, with experience in back-office or operational support being a plus.
