[Job 31081] Product Manager, São Paulo/BR (hibrida)

Define and evolve the technical vision of the product, translating architectural decisions into user impact. Actively participate in engineering discussions, questioning and proposing solutions with the development team. Manage the backlog by prioritizing business value alongside technical debt, stability, and scalability.

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience as a developer/tech lead before transitioning to product management. Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in technically complex products: native mobile platforms, distributed backend systems, or high-volume APIs. Proven ability to read and discuss code, architecture diagrams, logs, and technical documentation with developers.

The position is hybrid, requiring presence in the Campinas office for residents of the Metropolitan Region. The company offers a collaborative environment with a focus on innovation and impact.
