Acquisitions Legal Counsel Specialist

Provide legal support for M&A transactions and strategic investments at Accenture. Participate in legal due diligence processes, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Review, analyze, and support negotiations of contracts and transactional documents related to acquisitions and investments.

Previous experience in Corporate Law, M&A, corporate or complex contracts. Advanced analytical skills and ability to assess legal and commercial risks. Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
