Monitor the operation on-site, leading production representative teams to ensure a positive work environment and full operational support. Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate on projects with other company areas. Provide continuous training to the team to aid their development and assist in tracking team results with support from Representatives and Supervisors.

Completed technical or higher education in Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Office Suite. Experience in managing people and operational teams, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. Availability for T3 shift (night) on a 6x1 schedule, on-site in Perus-SP.
