The specialist is responsible for designing and delivering training programs for both internal employees and external clients to enhance workplace performance and client engagement through effective product education. Key tasks include becoming a subject matter expert, delivering workshops, assisting with onboarding, designing course content, evaluating effectiveness, and coordinating training logistics.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over two years of experience in training, specifically with both internal and external clients, alongside more than three years in customer service. Proficiency in MS Office tools, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a self-driven, creative, and team-focused personality are also required.
